Each sentence in an answer links to the passage behind it. Claims no passage supports are removed before the response leaves.

## One name for every name
Lay terms, abbreviations and codes resolve to one concept, and ambiguity is flagged instead of guessed. "eczema" is ambiguous: atopic dermatitis (ICD-10-CM L20.9, ICD-11 EA80.Z) or dermatitis, unspecified (ICD-10-CM L30.9, which carries "Eczema NOS").

An MCP server with five read-only tools. Every call is checked against the caller's scopes and written to a trace.

## Source to snapshot
A source answers questions only after its license, extraction and evaluation pass. Each release is an immutable snapshot you can pin (current: kv_2026_10_01).

## Reference, not judgment
DermLiving returns structured records, ranked passages with provenance, answers with claim-level citations, terminology maps and pinned versions. It abstains, with a reason, from diagnosing a patient, choosing or dosing treatment, triage or malignancy scoring, answering beyond its sources, and accepting patient records.
